Just a short update to let you all know that we have now leased our house for next year. We were fortunate that it took just 2 weeks to find a great tenant.
The great folks at Hart Estate Agents (www.hartestateagents.com.au) did an excellent job from helping us display the property correctly to offering good advice on the type of tenant we should be looking for.
Our kids were so happy that they got to put the leased sticker on the sign outside our house.
With just under 50 days to go things are getting a little busy for us. Next big step will be finalising the visas at the Indonesian Consulate and selling the family car.
